WHOOP 5.0 & MG Abonnement FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does WHOOP ship to Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia, Maldives, Philippines?
Check your own address at WHOOP's current checkout to see whether direct shipping is offered. If not, consider Bikers.SG Peak or Life local stock for Bikers.SG-managed international delivery. Do not enter Bikers.SG's address on a WHOOP discount link order.
How do I get a WHOOP discount or save money on WHOOP?
Eligible new subscribers can check available savings through join.whoop.com/bikerssg when ordering directly from WHOOP to their own address in a country accepted at WHOOP checkout. Savings and eligibility are shown at WHOOP checkout and do not apply to Bikers.SG local-stock orders.
Will I be charged GST on my WHOOP order? Does it affect my savings?
GST is not charged on Bikers.SG orders, so there is no GST from a Bikers.SG purchase to reclaim. For a separate direct WHOOP order using our discount link join.whoop.com/bikerssg, review any tax and your final total at WHOOP checkout; Bikers.SG does not control WHOOP's tax calculation.
Does WHOOP ship to the Philippines, Vietnam or Indonesia?
WHOOP's accepted delivery destinations can change. Check your own address at WHOOP checkout; if direct delivery is unavailable, check Bikers.SG local-stock Peak or Life for international delivery options, or contact us before ordering. Do not route a referral order through Bikers.SG's address.
What is included with a WHOOP subscription?
The device is included with the applicable WHOOP membership plan: WHOOP 5.0 with Peak or the MG device with Life. Check WHOOP's current plan details and country-specific feature availability before purchasing.
What is the difference between WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG?
WHOOP Peak is a membership plan with WHOOP 5.0; WHOOP Life is a different plan with the MG device and additional health insights. ECG is not currently available in Singapore; check WHOOP's current feature availability for the country where you will set up and use the device.
I am travelling to Singapore — can I order WHOOP through Bikers.SG?
Yes. For a short visit, check Bikers.SG's Peak and Life local-stock listings and tell us your departure date before ordering. Standard Singapore delivery typically takes 2–3 business days; ask about paid urgent delivery or arrange collection in advance. See bikers.sg/pages/whoop-travellers-singapore.
Is Bikers.SG an official WHOOP partner?
Yes. Bikers.SG is an official WHOOP affiliate partner. Our discount link is for eligible new subscribers; we also offer WHOOP products from our Singapore local stock.
