Can you deliver WHOOP to my Singapore hotel?

Yes, enter your hotel's full Singapore address and a WhatsApp number the driver can use to contact you. You can include your room number to help the hotel identify your parcel, but check whether the hotel accepts guest deliveries and allows concierge receipt.

Can I get same-day delivery during race week?

Same day Delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee when ordering WHOOP local stock to a Singapore address. Enter your hotel’s full address and a WhatsApp number the driver can use, and check that your hotel accepts parcels. If you need delivery by a specific time, contact us before ordering; arrival by a particular hour is not guaranteed.

How long does standard Singapore delivery take?

Standard local delivery is included in the listed local-stock price and typically takes 2–3 business days. If your stay is short, tell us your departure date before ordering rather than relying on standard delivery.

Can I collect my WHOOP instead?

In-person collection is free when coordinated in advance. Contact us to confirm stock and a collection time before coming over.

Can travellers claim a GST refund at the airport?

GST is not charged on Bikers.SG orders, so there is no GST amount from your purchase to claim back at the airport. You can request an invoice for your purchase.

Should I order directly through the WHOOP referral link?

The WHOOP referral link is for eligible new subscribers ordering directly from WHOOP to their own address in a country accepted at WHOOP checkout. Direct delivery normally takes 4–10 business days and can take longer. It is not the recommended path for a short Singapore trip, local collection or Bikers.SG-managed international delivery. Do not enter Bikers.SG's address for a referral order.

Travelling home with WHOOP?

If you live outside Singapore and later need device support, contact WHOOP Membership Services with your purchase details. Ask WHOOP whether a faulty sensor must be returned, who pays shipping and which replacement destinations they can support; arrangements vary by claim and country.
