Orders placed via join.whoop.com/bikerssg are fulfilled from WHOOP's warehouse directly. Delivery to Singapore typically takes 3–5 business days, but can sometimes take longer. Do not wait until you arrive — place your order before your trip.

Option A: Ship to a Friend or Family Member in Singapore

If you have a trusted contact in Singapore, this is the simplest option.

• Use their Singapore address as the delivery address when ordering on WHOOP.
• Coordinate with them to collect the device once it arrives.
• Make sure they are available to receive the parcel during the estimated delivery window.

You can ship your WHOOP to our address and collect it when you're in Singapore.

Step 3: Collect Your WHOOP in Singapore

Once your WHOOP arrives at our address, we'll notify you. You have two collection options:

• 📍 Self-collect: Contact us via live chat to arrange a time to collect from us.
• 🚗 Same-day delivery to you: Book a Grab or Lalamove same-day point-to-point delivery and coordinate with us on timing. You'll bear the delivery cost.

Option C: Ship to Your Hotel

Shipping to your hotel is possible, but only if you have enough time.

• ✅ Suitable if you are staying in Singapore for an extended period and the estimated delivery date falls well before your check-out date.
• ❌ Not recommended if you are on a short stay and the estimated delivery date is on or close to the day you are leaving Singapore. Delays happen — do not risk it.
• Check with the hotel that they accept parcel deliveries on behalf of guests before using their address.
