Can I wear WHOOP on my bicep?

Is the CoreKnit band compatible with WHOOP 5.0 and MG?
Yes — compatible with both WHOOP 5.0 (Peak) and WHOOP MG (Life). The connector fit has been specifically improved for WHOOP 5.0, addressing the tighter-than-expected fit reported with some branded bands.
Does ECG work with the CoreKnit Bicep band?
ECG works on WHOOP MG only. The matte stainless-steel frame has ECG indents but ECG functionality is not supported on WHOOP 5.0. This is a WHOOP hardware limitation, not a band limitation.
Does the CoreKnit band have antimicrobial properties?
Yes. The CoreKnit features an antimicrobial coating to help resist odour over time. Effectiveness naturally reduces with regular washing but the band remains fully functional and comfortable.
How often should I wash the CoreKnit band?
Every 3-4 wears with soap and water, either in the shower or off-body. Air dry completely before reattaching to prevent moisture buildup. Clean your WHOOP sensor at least 2-3 times per week to prevent dirt buildup.
