At Bikers.sg, we aim to provide you with flexible and reliable shipping options, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.
Domestic Shipping (Within Singapore)
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $60 SGD.
- Same-Day Delivery & Self Pickup: For added convenience, we offer same-day delivery and self-pickup options. Please chat with us after placing your order to arrange for these services.
- Special Notes for Foldable Bikes: Some items, such as foldable bikes, may require additional time for assembly prior to dispatch. Please allow for this when selecting your delivery option.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders undergo verification, quality checks, and packaging within 48 hours after they are placed. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
- Shipping Time: Standard delivery times are 2–5 business days. However, orders placed between Sunday, 12 noon and Thursday, 12 noon are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. We partner with Ninja Van, a leading 3PL provider, to ensure timely and secure delivery.
International Shipping
Bikers.sg is now accepting international orders to select countries. Shipment charges are inclusive of customs duties and taxes unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Lead Time: Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and logistics provider. We work with trusted international couriers to ensure efficient delivery.
