At Bikers.sg, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the details of our return and exchange policy.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required.
Return Process

- For domestic returns within Singapore, you may schedule a meetup for a return or exchange by chatting with us.
- For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Bikers.sg does not provide return shipping labels.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will address the issue promptly.

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the unwanted item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
