Is the SportFlex band compatible with WHOOP 5.0 and MG ?
Yes — compatible with both WHOOP 5.0 (Peak) and WHOOP MG (Life). The connector fit has been specifically improved for WHOOP 5.0, addressing the tighter-than-expected fit reported with some branded bands.
Can I swim with the SportFlex band?
Yes. SportFlex silicone is waterproof and sweatproof — built for pool and high-intensity use. Only waterproof bands should be worn when swimming. The silicone material is fully sealed and safe for water exposure.
Does ECG work with the SportFlex band?
ECG works on WHOOP MG only. The matte silver stainless-steel frame has ECG indents but ECG functionality is not supported on WHOOP 5.0. This is a WHOOP hardware limitation, not a band limitation.
How do I prevent skin irritation with the SportFlex band?
Silicone is less breathable than knit bands. Extended contact with sweat, soap, or sanitizers may cause irritation. Keep skin clean and dry, rotate band placement if irritation occurs, and consider switching to a breathable SuperKnit band during extended wear. If irritation occurs, remove the band and allow skin to rest.
How do I clean the SportFlex band?
Wipe clean with a lint-free cloth after each use. For a deeper clean, dampen cloth with water or use isopropyl alcohol. Rinse with water and let dry completely (lay flat, air dry) before wearing to prevent moisture buildup. Clean your WHOOP sensor at least 2-3 times per week to prevent dirt buildup.
Is this an official WHOOP product?
No. This is a third-party replacement band by Bikers.SG. It carries no WHOOP logo and is not manufactured by WHOOP. It is a fully compliant alternative that has undergone multiple rounds of factory quality checks on components, connector fit, and strap quality before shipping.
What colours is the SportFlex band available in?
