Is the SuperKnit band compatible with WHOOP 5.0 and MG ?
Yes — compatible with both WHOOP 5.0 (Peak) and WHOOP MG (Life). The connector fit has been specifically improved for WHOOP 5.0, addressing the tighter-than-expected fit reported with some branded bands.
Does ECG work with the SuperKnit band?
ECG works on WHOOP MG only. The glossy stainless-steel frame has ECG indents but ECG functionality is not supported on WHOOP 5.0. This is a WHOOP hardware limitation, not a band limitation.
How often should I wash the SuperKnit band?
Every 3-4 wears with soap and water, either in the shower or off-body. Air dry completely before reattaching to prevent moisture buildup. Clean your WHOOP sensor at least 2-3 times per week to prevent dirt buildup.
Will the SuperKnit band shrink or stretch after washing?
No. The micro-filament nylon is designed to maintain its fit and shape after multiple washes.
What colours is the SuperKnit band available in?
The SuperKnit band is available in 8 colours: Black Gold, Grey Gold, Aurora, Emerald, DBlue, LBlue, Green, and Lilac. Metal frames are glossy stainless-steel finish. Strap colours may appear slightly different in person compared to product images.
