Band Care

SportFlex is made of high-performance silicone — waterproof and easy to clean.

• Wipe clean with a lint-free cloth after each use
• For a deeper clean, dampen cloth with water or use isopropyl alcohol
• Rinse with water and let dry completely (lay flat, air dry) before wearing to prevent moisture buildup
• Clean your WHOOP sensor at least 2–3 times per week to prevent dirt buildup

Skin care note: Silicone is less breathable than knit bands. Extended contact with sweat, soap, or sanitizers may cause irritation. If irritation occurs, remove the band, clean the area with water, and consider rotating to a breathable band like SuperKnit. Keep skin clean and dry, and rotate placement if needed.
