Does WHOOP ship to Malaysia?
WHOOP does not currently ship directly to Malaysia. How do I get a WHOOP discount or save money on WHOOP?
New WHOOP members can save up to $30 by signing up through our link — simply visit join.whoop.com/bikerssg. No discount code required — savings are applied automatically at checkout on WHOOP's website.
Will I be charged GST on my WHOOP order? Does it affect my savings?
Singapore's GST of 9% applies to orders above SGD 400 at WHOOP's checkout. A 12-month subscription may fall below the SGD 400 threshold, meaning no GST applies and your up-to-$30 savings are fully realised. A 24-month subscription or orders with add-on bands may push your total above SGD 400, triggering a 9% GST charge that could offset some or all of your savings. We recommend calculating your final order total before selecting your plan.
Does WHOOP ship to Philippines, Vietnam, or Indonesia?
WHOOP does not currently ship directly to the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, or most Southeast Asian countries outside Singapore. Bikers.SG's proxy shipping service covers these destinations — sign up via our link, ship to our Singapore address, and we'll forward your order with full tracking. Proxy shipping fees apply based on destination.
What is included with a WHOOP subscription?
A WHOOP subscription includes a free WHOOP 5.0 or WHOOP MG device with your 1-year or 24-month membership. WHOOP tracks Sleep, Recovery, and Strain 24/7 and syncs data to the WHOOP app. There is no screen — WHOOP is designed to be worn continuously without distraction. The WHOOP MG (Medical Grade) variant adds ECG and blood pressure monitoring capabilities.
What is the difference between WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG?
Both WHOOP 5.0 (Peak) and WHOOP MG (Life) track Sleep, Recovery, and Strain. The key difference is that WHOOP MG adds ECG and blood pressure monitoring capabilities. WHOOP 5.0 features an upgraded sensor array and longer battery life over previous generations. Choose WHOOP MG if medical-grade health metrics are a priority.
I am travelling to Singapore — can I order WHOOP through Bikers.SG?
