The CoreKnit features a lightweight black nylon strap with an antimicrobial coating, paired with a matte stainless-steel metal frame in the MG-style curved clasp design. Low-profile and breathable — ideal for training sessions where wrist placement isn't practical.

Compatible with both WHOOP 5.0 (Peak) and WHOOP MG (Life). We've specifically improved the connector fit for WHOOP 5.0 — addressing the tighter-than-expected fit reported with some branded bands. ECG functionality is supported on WHOOP MG only.

Band Care

CoreKnit is a lightweight nylon band — easy to maintain and built to last.

• Wash regularly (every 3–4 wears) with soap and water, either in the shower or off-body
• Air dry completely before reattaching to prevent moisture buildup
• Clean your WHOOP sensor at least 2–3 times per week to prevent dirt buildup
• The band will maintain its fit and shape even after multiple washes

Antimicrobial note: The CoreKnit features an antimicrobial coating for long-lasting freshness. Regular wear and washing will naturally reduce its intensity over time, but the band remains fully functional and comfortable.

Skin care note: Keep skin clean and dry. If irritation occurs, rotate band placement or allow skin to rest. Factors like humidity, sweat, soap residue, and sanitizers can contribute to irritation.

Compatibility Notice

Designed and QC-tested for WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG. A small number of units may have a tighter fit — if you experience any difficulty, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
